Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery orders are accepted from 1:00 pm to 8:59 pm.

  • The delivery menu will not be available during non delivery hours.

  • Customers must be 21+ to place orders and receive deliveries.

  • Customers must have a valid government issued ID in hand to present to the driver to receive their order per the California Bureau of Cannabis Control. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Cash is the only form of payment accepted.

  • All orders are final once confirmed.

  • Orders cannot be changed at the door, customers must cancel and reorder.

  • Points and discounts cannot be applied to delivery orders, customers must come into a retail location to use these member benefits. Points CAN be accrued with delivery purchases.

  • First time customer gifts will not be given with delivery orders, customers must come into a retail location to use these member benefits.

  • The Minimum order amount is $50

  • $500 is the maximum order amount allowed.

  • California adult-use law limits daily purchases to 1 ounce of flowers/prerolls and 8 grams of THC concentrates.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to any addresses on publicly owned land or any address used by a public agency.

  • Orders cannot be delivered on Tribal lands, or any UCSC properties.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to any day care facilities, schools K-12, and Youth Centers.


Delivery FAQ

How do I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order by clicking the cancel order link in their order confirmation email they received.

Do I have to order to my home address?
No, orders can be delivered to any physical address in the current delivery area as long as they are not to any of the prohibited delivery areas listed.  Orders are delivered to the address listed in the customers Sticky Guide profile.

Can I place an order for a friend to receive?
No, the customer who places the order must be present with their valid government issued ID in order to receive their order.

How do I return a defective product?
Customers must come in to any KindPeoples retail location to return defecitve products.  Drivers cannot accept returns or give customers credit.

Can I call in an order and pay by debit card?
No, delivery orders can only be placed online and are cash only.

How do I know if my order was received and is on its way?
Customers will receive a “your order is being processed” email once it has been received by KindPeoples and another phone call or text from their delivery driver before it goes out for delivery.

Do customers accrue points on delivery orders?
Yes, customers will accrue points on qualifying purchases just like an in store purchase.  However, points can only be redeemed and used towards a purchase at a KindPeoples retail location.

Can orders be delivered to a public place such as a bar or restaurant?
Yes, as long as they are not on the prohibited delivery location list, and the customer updates their Sticky Guide profile to their desired delivery address.  Certain restrictions may apply if the property owner does not allow outside vendor deliveries.

Can I meet the delivery driver outside my residence?
Yes, however the driver will not deliver to an alternate address once the order is confirmed.
